Social Groups

In films social groups are often display to add more story and depth into a character and production. social gropes are also displayed to help the audience relate to the characters and drag them in.
their are many types of social groups and defining them can be quiet difficult. However different social groups have different features.

The movie Breakfast club is well know for it putting a volume of different social groups and displaying how they act with each other -

Sense8

Sense8 is a TV series that that is about 8 people who are mentally linked and can view out of each other eyes and sometimes even take control of each other body. I wasn't inspired by this production in a genre or story way but by a shot way. I liked how in sens8 shot kept switch to different location with the characters, especially in action sequences as it caused a sense of confusion and this is what I really wanted to capture in my production.

Costumes

costume is production are used for many things. they can be used to show the place and time the production is taken place, to show the wealth of a character, to show the type of the person (I.e. old, young, evil, hero) etc...

A very good example of this is Game of Thrones. The costumes in GoT displays the era, wealth and the type.

Lighting

lighting and the display of a film is very important as it can be used to show the type of film. for example if it was light and bight it could suggest that it is a 'light-hearted' 'happy' and 'cheerful' production, but if it was dark and gritty it could suggest it's a 'horror', 'sad' 'deep'.

TV

TV is used by production company like: BBC, SKY, FOX. this is because these instruction like I have long run series and have plenty of them and TV is easy for all as it is common in house hold to have a TV. therefore it is good for these intuition to use TV as they well mostly like have a regular and big audience.

here are a few product produce by these institutions:

Doctor who -

 KillJoys -

Second chance -

Cinemar and DVD/Blueray

Cinema production are often for large and big budget media institution like: lion gate, Disney, Sony. this because cinema I a big industry and large production with a big budget are garnet to catch the public attention and cinemas are the best way to are catch them due to there giant popularity.
